was incorporated in 1994 by founders that started in the Corporate
Consulting Business in 1974. SCM is a performance based corporate
marketing company that bases its fee on accomplishments not
projections. Customers pay for and receive results. If SCM
does not completely believe we can accomplish the goals desired
by the corporate customer we will refuse to engage in a business
relationship. There are companies that have grown to their
capacity and need an outside influence and different skills
to take it to the next level. Quite often we consult with
a business that has been built from scratch by one person
or family or a small group of people and they have reached
a level of success and have found themselves stagnant and
unable to erase the daily boredom that accompanies the daily
grind of just maintaining their level of success. Oftentimes,
your competitors are taking customers and making inroads where
there was once customer loyalty. It becomes apparent that
you can take nothing for granted. You either grow your business
or go out of business. Because the marketplace changes and
your competitors become more aggressive its time to
take decisive action by getting SCM involved in your business.
If you, as the founder and backbone of the business, discover

the next generation or sell to outsiders, then you need to
